About Us

QDM is a Queenstown based destination management company formed by Vickie Hill in 1995. Born and bred in Queenstown, Vickie is a fourth generation Queenstowner who is well established in the local and national tourism industry.  Before establishing QDM in 1995, Vickie accumulated 20 years’ experience working in travel and tourism. 

She has also previously managed the Southern Hemisphere’s largest winter celebration, the Queenstown Winter Festival, and the renowned Central Otago Food and Wine festival.

QDM provides a high level of personal service and creativity to the conference and incentive market, managing high profile corporate and government conferences, meetings and incentives ranging from small groups of 20 up to 600 people.

Vickie draws on a team of local experts in the travel and hospitality industries to offer a full management service for corporate travel and function organisation. The networks and relationships required to ensure a smooth flow from programme creation to promotion and delivery are all in place.
